Bill Gesswein Sr.
While serving in the United States Air Force in Bitburg Germany, Bill and a friend opened a clock shop. Five years later Bill was transferred to Denver, Colorado and brought the clock shop with him. For 18 years Bill ran his clock shop in Denver until deciding to move to Scottsdale Arizona. The Clock Doctor has now been in business for 51 years.
Billy Gesswein
Billy is the second generation of Gesswein clock makers. He started repairing clocks in his father's shop at the age of 19 in 1978. Billy specializes in antique clocks and especially any clock that has been damaged or neglected, and clocks he likes to call "lost causes."
Tyler Gesswein
Tyler is the third generation of clock makers in the Gesswein family.
He has been coming into the shop and repairing clocks since he was 14
years old and has worked here full time since he was 19 years old.
Tyler now also runs the Clock Doctor watch department.
Brian Dockter
Brian has been a clock technician 31 years. He began his career repairing clocks in California in 1980. Brian has worked at the Clock Doctor since 1999. He specializes in various types of clocks and is an expert at repairing cuckoo clocks and Vienna Regulators.
Diane Cusano
Diane has a background in business and finance. She has been the Store Manager of the Clock Doctor for 7 years and also specializes in repairing battery operated clocks as well as music boxes.
